About Us
As part of the completion of the Ybbstal cycle path, the former Kogelsbach train station was lovingly converted into a modern restaurant by the municipality of St. Georgen/Reith under the supervision of the Federal Monuments Office.
The use of the former train station as a catering establishment is also planned in the staging concept for the Ybbstal cycle path. This is also linked to the promotion of the Radweg-Stüberl.
Below are some impressions of the former train station and current restaurant. It has 30 seats inside and another 50 to 60 seats outside. It is located directly on the cycle path and can also be seen from the main road, which is around 150m away. A children's playground, WiFi and a cozy, homely atmosphere are a given.
